Zoheb Salim Sattar is an experienced and versatile professional with over 16 years of experience in various fields such as Operations & Maintenance, Erection & Commissioning, Engineering Works, Process Enhancement & Instrumentation, and recruitment/placement in the Education industry, IT Sector & Corporate world. He is a keen learner and always open to new challenges. Currently, Zoheb is working as the Manager Training and Placements at Kaziranga University, where he is responsible for sourcing companies for campus drives/off-campus, getting placement assistance for fresher students, counseling students for interview preparation, and arranging internships/training for students. In the past, Zoheb founded Aries Process Consultants, a placement agency that was doing well under his leadership. He was responsible for finding candidates as per the job description shared by the companies, social media marketing, end-to-end recruitment processes, taking initial interviews, bulk hiring for BPOs, and helping candidates in resume building. He also acted as an active accounts manager and provided analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Zoheb has also worked as a Chief Electrician at Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Trading & Maintenance KSCC, where he was actively involved in the commissioning of rig 116. He installed power supply cable wiring and conduit for newly installed machines/equipment, conducted diagnosis for malfunctioning apparatus, identified faults, planned and implemented preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules, conducted failure investigation analysis, monitored and optimized processes, anchored erection & commissioning of machines & equipment, and handled installation & commissioning. Zoheb holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College and completed his Metric from Don Bosco High School in India. He is also a research scientist and has relevant experience of 15.36 years. Zoheb is a manager placement-corporate resource consulting for education industry, placement, branding & promotional activities, handling a wide range of assignments for campus recruitment, industry institutional networking, career planning, market research for training & placement, job fair planning, HR networking, and liaising between institutes and corporate.
